FOOD We have eggs for breakfast, and muesli soaked in water that’s had apples steeping in it. Dinner is soup, chicken and lots of salads. Salt-free but you can’t have everything. Many ingredients are picked fresh from the organic garden.

IN CROWD My group is a mixed bag of fitness, fatness and gestation (one woman is five months gone).
