The Jatania family originally came from India, but the brothers' entrepreneur father emigrated to Uganda in the 1930s, then moved the family to London in 1969. Profits at the brothers' Lornamead group, a Dubai-based operation that owns a range of home and personal care brands, are likely to hit £23m this year. Under Mike, 38, chief executive since 1990, George, 52, Vin, 47, and Danny, 44, Lornamead's own-product strategy has paid off handsomely. The company is worth at least £480m and the Jatanias also have a significant portfolio of property investments.
