| The Cafe Grand Prix development in London's Mayfair is Schwarzenbach's most celebrated venture. He has invested £10m in the motor racing-themed restaurant and bar complex. The Swiss-born financier, 55, set up Interexchange, Switzerland's largest foreign exchange dealership, and its success has enabled him to buy £30m of property in Britain, 123,000 acres in Australia, £17m of aviation assets and Zurich's Dolder Grand hotel. Polo is his passion - he spends about £500,000 a year on his Black Bears team - and Prince Harry stayed at his Aussie ranch last year to work on his playing skills. We raise Schwarzenbach by almost £50m this year in line with the December 2003 valuation placed on his wealth by Bilan, the Swiss business magazine.
