| Bromilow, 61, and American venture capitalists took over Survey Sampling, a US information group, in a £51m deal last year. It is small change for Bromilow, who got £600m for his stake in the Adidas sports goods firm in 1995 and 1997. Three years later he made £150m selling his MediMedia publishing business and now lives in Thailand. His share investments worldwide fell at first but have improved dramatically so we raise him by £100m.
