The Clarke family

101= £400m Property

The Clarke family is Jersey's largest private landowner, possessing large tracts of St Helier. The death in 2001 of the patriarch, Fred Clarke, has led to a reorganisation of assets. As a result, the C Le Masurier wine and spirits business has been sold and further disposals are likely. We stick with our £400m valuation of the family.
