| Iranian-born brothers Robert, 47, and Vincent, 43, began by buying flats in west London and now have a property portfolio worth £2.5 billion. In November they made a profit of £58m when the Pubmaster chain, in which they had a 34% stake, was sold. But little wealth is visible in their Rotch Property Group, which made a loss of £21m on sales of £46.5m in 2001-02. Stripping out the borrowings from the £2.5 billion of assets leaves them with £400m net wealth.
