| Plans for the flotation of Dunelm Soft Furnishings were revealed last month, promising a windfall for Adderley, 56, and his family. Since 1979 the firm they own has grown from a Leicester market stall to a chain of 60 stores. We value it at £280m and add £20m for other assets and past dividends.
