| Armenian-born Manoukian, 56, still spends much of his time in London. In 1998 he came to prominence in a High Court action involving his role as an agent for Prince Jefri of Brunei. The case ended abruptly in an out-of-court settlement before too many details of the prince's extravagant ways could be revealed. Manoukian has recovered from that and still has his £30m yacht Sirius and other assets, including an executive jet and a Belgravia mansion. We value the Manoukian family at last year's figure.
