| Myers, 65, lives in London but is one of New Zealand's wealthiest businessmen. In 1988 his family's Lion brewery merged with food group LD Nathan. In 1998 he sold most of his 16% stake in Lion Nathan for £70m to the Japanese brewer Kirin. But an inheritance, past share sales and other assets form the bulk of his fortune.
