| Slumber Bedtime Milk is the new money-making idea from Haigh's Red Kite Farms in Oxfordshire, which supplies organic milk to Waitrose. Haigh, 65, made his money originally with Innovex, a drug consultancy that he sold to Quintiles for about £500m in 1996. The sale netted him £275m in shares. He left the Quintiles board in 1997, raising at least £120m from share sales. He has since disposed of his remaining stake, probably for about £38m. His latest investments include a building firm and OnMedica Group, an internet venture.
