Now based in Monaco, Emanuel, 36, is one of Scotland's youngest entrepreneurs. He founded Glasgow- based DX Communications with a £3,000 overdraft in 1991 and sold it to Cellnet in 1999 for £42m, having built it into one of Britain's largest mobile phone retailers. Now active in telecoms ventures in Europe and north Africa, he also has a large property portfolio, including a £10m house on the Côte d'Azur. Our valuation is a cautious one.
