| Murphy, 55, has formed Nikal Investments which is developing office and apartment sites worth at least £350m in Birmingham and the north of England. In 1982 he set up AM Paper to make kitchen paper and toilet rolls. He later sold it in two tranches for £150m and has other wealth.
