The Luton-based company, started by Rolf Schild who arrived in Britain as a 14-year-old refugee from Germany in 1939 is run by his sons, Julian, 46, and David, 45. The shares were hit by the profits warning and the family stake is worth £72m. Share sales and other assets add £10m. |
