| Rosenfeld, 44 this week, stepped down last year as executive chairman of the quoted Minerva property group which he co-founded with Sir David Garrard (qv) in 1996. At the same time, his family trust sold £35m shares in the group. The move came soon after Minerva reported a doubling of losses to £44.4m. His stake is worth £15.6m and he has sizeable other assets, which allowed him to lend Labour £1m last year. |
