| Mills, 53, a City financier, sits on the board of several investment trusts and other banking and finance groups. He runs the North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust, in which he has a £26m share, and has a 36% stake in JO Hambro Capital Management, worth perhaps £36m.
