Crosbie, 62, acquired land in Dublin’s docks when few wanted it. With plans approved late last year to develop a £528m Point Village complex on his 12 acres, his fortune catapulted to more than £180m. He also owns half of the £15m Point Theatre and £20m of the nearby Spencer Dock development, Ireland’s largest such urban scheme.
