The £365m Dublin-based Treasury Holdings Group has £2 billion worth of commercial developments in Ireland, the UK and China and is jointly owned by Barrett, 53, from Mayo and Johnny Ronan (qv). Real Estate Opportunities, in which Treasury is the majority shareholder, paid £400m last year for London’s Battersea power station. Barrett’s other assets, including personal property, are worth £24m.
