Halabi’s PM Club is nearing completion. The members’ club will utilise his family trust’s old In and Out Club in London and Mentmore Towers in Buckinghamshire, which are being restored to their former glory. The trust, advised by property group Buckingham Securities, has grown by at least £1 billion through property assets in London. Syrian-born Halabi, 48, also acquired the £500m Esporta health club chain. Combined with a revaluation of the property portfolio and his shareholding in the Shard of Glass tower project in London, the Halabi portfolio is worth £5 billion but we strip out £2 billion of debt.
