Zabludowicz, 55, who recently sold Princes Arcade on Piccadilly in central London for about £120m, has a Finnish passport but is based in the capital. His father Shlomo built the family business around Soltam, an Israeli defence contractor. Most of the defence interests were sold and the family diversified.
