For 25 years, British-born accountant Parker added to his stake in the Hong Kong-based Duty Free Shoppers chain where he was a key executive. When the business was taken over in 1997, he made about £464m for his 20% stake. Parker, 67, who lives in Geneva, has set up the Oak Foundation, which helps humanitarian projects in Africa.
