Xchanging, one of Britain’s largest outsourcing businesses, is looking to float on the stock market at a reported £500m. The company, which employs about 4,000 people in 14 countries, was set up in 1999 by Andrews, 57, who developed electronic trading systems for the London and Frankfurt stock exchanges. Andrews has a stake worth £100m.
