........ avoid family law courts at all cost, all you will achieve is alination from your children and linning the pockets of so called legal profesionals, and exposing your self to abuse from social workers. It won't matter a jot that you are a caring devoted and dedicated parent, it won't matter!
Dave Farmer, Broxbourne, England
"The Australian and Canadian family court systems are open and transparent. "
Sadly this is not so, merely the appearance There is no oversight of either the lawyers or the courts. Providing a recording of each hearing immediately would help in cleaning up their act. It is about transferring wealth
Graham Woolley, Melbourne, Australia
Social Services as they crrently stand are corrupt and a danger to decent familes. They folow an agenda of adoption and are stealing babies to order to meet demands. Too many children are in care on bogus child abuse chages.we are the victims of abuse, famlies wrongly accused.

Thank you for standing up and being counted IAN HUGHES.
It will still be classed as hearsay - but it shows all SW's are not as they are tarnished, it is a select few who's over zealous tactics and outright fabricated stories of MSBP etc. that give all SS's a bad name.
Well Done!!

In the country of Democracy... Mothers live as the "slave" of english social workers anr are the joker in the courts.
The court's lack of commom sense and Ignorance regarding other cultures could even nominate UK's for Guinnes books of records for it.
England, you are reaching bottom !!!!

John Hemming is the M.P. for Yardley Birmingham and has done great works on this subject if anyone can get this message across he can and I would appeal to anyone in his constituancy to raise this issue. Nothing could be more important at fixing societies ill's then getting family law reviewed!!
Dave Farmer, Broxbourne, England
As a social worker for 15 years i have seen children taken into care unnecessarily, been ordered to lie in court, had the Dept.'s solicitor reconstruct my witness statement to put parent in a bad light, made to exagerate a parents problems or blow up a minor incident.I eventually retired on ill health

People soon find out that social services do more harm than good in their lives.
The treatment of parents with mental or physical disabilities is shocking and would be labelled discriminatory practice under any other service.
The barbaric treatment of families continues due to secrecy in court
wendy Johnson, Midlands, UK
Secret courts hide a myriad of sins from incompitant social workers to corrupt law firms and the CSA which is like a terroist going for the soft target of the Dads their have the address of instead of the runaways This is a mammoth issue which should be reformed before more kids lives are ruined!
Dave Farmer, Broxbourne, England
I have 2 children now 19 & 14 both with CFS/ME - one also has Asperger's Syndrome & the other also has ADHD. For the past 10 years we have been misrepresented & denied services by our Local Authority - Barnet. Complaints procedures don't work as they are used by Local Authorities as Whitewash.
