I bookmarked a page on Times Online, but it’s not working any more. Why?
From time to time, we have to change the site structure to provide a better service. We always take great care to minimise the disruption to users, but in some cases bookmarks or links may be broken. If you find a bookmark no longer works, it’s best to find the section you’re looking for using search or the top navigation, then set another bookmark. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Why can't I access Times Online from work?
Some computers in organisations and institutions are set up with what is known as a firewall. This filters information coming in and out of the organisation, to prevent viruses and restrict the internet use of staff. A firewall may prevent information getting in or out of a protected network and this may stop you downloading software etc. Contact your IT administrator to see if your organisation has such a firewall.
