Sounds like a pretty good life to me - here's hoping one-day I make enough money to be able to drive a car like that (and have a bottle of good whiskey on the side)!

Gumball 3000...
my father has loads of cash, i hate working and love going to parties..
participants...get a life!

The Bullrun 2007 started in Montreal this year and ended in Key West, Florida. About 75 cars participated. Several very nice exotics, but the Gumball still had better cars (and more dangerous drivers.)
vinaym, Toronto, Canada
They'd none of them be missed.
Jeremy, Duntocher, United Kingdom
I don't really want to read much more about the Gumball, thanks. I know I can just click away but the picture of Caprice lounging on one of the Gumball Deathmotors loads before I can stop it.

I suppose I could cry over this list, or sob until my very own Maserati GranTurismo descends from the heavens, carried by semi-naked renaissance angels singing the 'pedal to the metal'-hymn from the third book of Exaltations (apocryphal).
People driving around Europe in cars that cost so much money that you could actually buy London with it and still keep enough cash on the side to be able to buy a bottle of good Whiskey the next day are morally repulsive! Even more so because they aren't me!
Where on earth does a man get the kind of money that will actually buy him a Bugatti Veyron? Or a McLaren Mercedes SLR for that matter? Are they sponsored by governments? It does have a certain ring to it, being sponsored by a country ... Suppose you're the PM of Albania, it's the best promotional stunt you could ever pull. Lord knows they can't finance an ad-campaign of such magnitude! So why not simply invest the entire GDP in a Veyron? It's a stroke of brilliance or zing or possibly twang!
