Honda’s latest RA107 is in action all weekend: Christian Klien driving Friday and Saturday, Jenson Button on Sunday. Organic Milk Race
Since racing drivers include cycling in their fitness regimes, the 2007 festival introduces a novelty cycle race up the hill, Saturday and Sunday. Jenson Button, Anthony Davidson and Mark Webber will be teamed with such Olympic gold medal-winning cyclists as Jason Queally and Chris Hoy to raise money for charity
Jetstar at auction
Donald Campbell’s prototype sports boat, Jetstar 1, used as a runabout on Coniston Water, will be sold in the Bonhams Auction Marquee on Friday. Estimated price £25,000-£35,000
Atop the hill
WRC cars will divert to share the Forest Rally Stage with historic rally cars and great drivers from the history of the sport, including Hannu Mikkola, Carlos Sainz, Bjorn Waldegard, Paddy Hopkirk, Michèle Mouton, Russell Brookes and Tony Fall
Live music stages
The Cricket Pitch venue offers larger bands such as Souled on Funk and Tony
O’Malley. In the Cartier enclosure, another stage hosts the Jazz

Hillclimb events daily
All four current British Formula One drivers will tackle the hillclimb: Jenson Button, Lewis Hamilton, David Coulthard and Anthony Davidson. Run length 1.16 miles. Current record 41.6sec set in 1999 by Nick Heidfeld in a McLaren Mercedes MP4/13. Molecomb Corner has a new multi-seater grandstand is the perfect place to watch hillclimbs by all classes of competition car from F1, WRC, Le Mans and supercars. The Wall is an intimidating flint barrier that drivers pass with only inches to spare.
Forest Rally Stage
Stars tackle off-road circuit, with new 545-yard section and ‘yump’ to get the fastest cars airborne. Colin McRae, the former world rally champion, will be in action all weekend on the Forest Rally Stage, driving his 2007 McRae R4, which is being launched at the festival.
Goodwood House
Ambitious automotive sculptures always make a spectacular central feature. This year Toyota celebrates in uniquely Japanese style.
F1 Paddock plus WRC cars and superbikes
Rub shoulders with the cream of F1 drivers.
Cartier Style et Luxe paddock
Five of the only six luxurious Type 41 Bugatti Royales will be near the Cartier enclosure. One of them sold for almost £5.5m in 1987 and each is unique. The annual competition to find the most elegant cars from years gone by will be judged by Lord Foster, Viscount Linley, and artists Alan Jones and Richard Hamilton.
Cathedral Paddock
Half the hillclimb competitors plus many Brooklands veterans are on display here.
Bonneville display
One of England’s oldest cricket pitches is swathed in white to emulate the Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah. Vintage racers on display include 1970 Blue Flame, Challenger 1, MG EX181 and Spirit of 76 plus its driver and maker, Al Teague.

Sunday Times InGear Supercar Paddock
See the Lamborghini Murciélago LP640, alongside 50 hot new metal debuts that include the Audi R8, Maserati GranTurismo, Caparo T1 and Britain’s bioethanol Concept Climax. You can also meet Andrew Frankel and the InGear team.
The Junior Festival
Wacky Races for kids and Five’s Roary the Racing Car. His narrator Sir Stirling Moss will be out and about.
Technology pavilion
A state of the art technology exhibition stars Honda’s humanoid Asimo robot.
Red Arrows display, Saturday and Sunday
Many of the RAF aerobatic team returned recently from Afghanistan and Iraq, and all of them eventually go back to operational commitments.

100 Years of Isle of Man TT
Champions from four decades will be riding important bikes from the Honda collection to honour TT competitors past.
100th Anniversary of Brooklands
Goodwood celebrates the centenary of the Surrey circuit by showing the Sunbeam V12 that set a land-speed record there in 1920.
70 Years of Toyota Motors
Plus 50 years of racing, from the 1957 Toyopet Crown saloon to Group 7 and the Corolla Coupé. Look for iconic Celica GT4s from 1990 and 1993.
60 Years of Ferrari
See classic road cars in Stable Yard. In other paddocks you’ll find supercars and Michael Schumacher and Jacques Villeneuve GP racers. The 250 GTO will climb the hill.
25 Years of Group C
Justin Law’s Le Mans Jaguar XJR-9-LM will be among the greatest collection of Group C sports cars assembled to honour the era of endurance driving.
20 Years of World Superbike Champs
Among other stars Carl Fogarty, the four-time champion, will take to the hill at the festival. Muscle bikes in action include Wraith and Hellcat machines from the United States.
