You could equally read Peugeot 807 or Fiat Ulysse as, badges apart, they are the same car. Whichever one you buy, it’s an old-school MPV where form takes a back seat to function. It’s light, airy and spacious for sure, and the dash is attractive. But driving this thing is simply terrible. It’s too big, too wobbly and it’s gutless. Honestly, I’d rather walk.
Citroën C8: Prices range from £19,295 for the basic 2 litre petrol-engined LX to £26,795 for the top of the range 2.2HDi Exclusive, although Citroën is currently offering £3,000 cash back on new C8 models.
Can't agree more. Had one as a company car instead of a Saab 9-5 (which wasn't too brilliant either) The seats turn around and kids love the electronic sliding doors. That's it for the highpoints. And that handbrake on the right ... it's not like there's a good reason for that is there ....? You wouldn't put it over there for a left hand drive car would you? I'd much prefer the Transit vans I've hired for transporting stuff about. And in a car this size, why do you have to tuck your right foot at 90 degrees to step on the accelerator.... its just an awful thing.
