I think I might want to strangle the author Quite possibly. It’s packed full of irritating little catchphrases and “SUMO wisdom”. But the fact that I find these irritating may be a reflection of my own inadequacies.

Is that what he says? “We see in others the faults most prevalent in ourselves.”

So, shut up complaining and do something That’s basically it. You are encouraged to stop blaming others and explore new ways of building better relationships.

But some people are just so awful The awfulisers who draw attention to the downside of every situation?
