The winner of the The Times Crème and Hays Secretarial PA of the Year Award 2008 will win a week's holiday for two people at the five-star Sheraton Miramar Hotel in El Gouna, one of Egypt's premier Red Sea resorts. All rooms have stunning views over lagoons, pools or private beaches, and each has private facilities with shower, satellite TV, tea and coffee- making facilities, telephone, safe and mini bar.

The prize includes seven nights' accommodation at the luxury hotel on a bed and breakfast basis (twin share), flights from London Gatwick or Manchester to Hurghada (the local airport for El Gouna), transfers, in-resort representative service, in-flight meals, taxes & surcharges.

Terms and conditions

The prize is valid until the end of March 2009, subject to availability

Blackout dates apply (ie, school holidays)

Airport transfers are included within Egypt but winners must make their own way to and from the airport within the UK

Travel insurance is not included but must be bought before winners will be allowed to travel

The winners must ensure their passports have six months' validity left following their return date of travel

Winners must pay for their own local visas on arrival at Hurghada International Airport (approximately £15, depending on currency fluctuations)

Any extras must be paid for by the winner

The prize is non refundable, non transferrable and no cash or date alternatives are available

Winner should supply Longwood Holidays with a selection of possible dates and let them know two months in advance of the first proposed travel date to take into account availability, which may otherwise be difficult to secure
