A: Your nickname and mobile phone number are used to identify you. The nickname will appear in the high-score table and you will also need it to request new game levels. Try not to use strange characters and choose a nickname you will easily remember.

Q: How do I get the game?

A: Make sure that your mobile phone is compatible, then check your mobile Wap and web settings and contact your operator if you need to. After you have filled in the registration form you will receive a Wap push (a special kind of SMS message). Open it and the game will be downloaded. Some mobile phones allow the user to deactivate the reading of Wap push. Make sure your phone is correctly set up to receive them.

Q: I have mistakenly deleted the message I received before installing the game. What can I do?

A: Send us an e-mail with your nickname, phone model and number.

Q: I have received the message but the download has failed. Can you send me the message again?

A: There is no need to send you another message; you can just open it again to start the download. On some handsets the Wap push messages are not stored with the other SMS messages. Please consult your handset manual to find out where the message has been stored and open it again.

Q: How much does it cost me to download the game?

Q: When will the new levels be released?

A: They will be released soon. To be able to download them you will need to have sent a good enough score to the high-score table. Check this page to see if new levels are available and if your score is good enough.

Q: I would like my personal data to be deleted, who should I contact?

A: Send an e-mail specifying your nickname and phone number. Remember that once you have been deleted you will not be able to send your score to the high-score table and receive the new game levels.
