2 for 1 tickets to Singin' In The Rain, this coming Monday. Book now
1. Create a company logo and decide what you're going to call your business. Decide which items you want to sell, then move them from the warehouse to the shop. You are now open for business.
2. Go to the Orders menu and select the items you want to create. Don't make too many items, to begin with - 10 tops, 10 bottoms and 10 accessories are more than enough. Also stick to one sort of occasion and one style - it's better not to confuse the customers at the beginning. Aim for a sports brand and stick to it for a while. Avoid buying too many items that will only fill up your warehouse and won't be sold.
3. Go to the Shop management menu. At first open one shop in one city: it’s better to build the brand in one place before moving to the next. There is no need to rent a big shop at the beginning; move to a bigger location only when your popularity is high enough. From this menu you also have to decide on your items and how much you want to sell them for. Don't be too greedy or you won't sell anything. For the first couple of days try to adjust the price by degrees so you can see how much you can ask for each item. As you grow in popularity, you'll be able to sell them at a higher price.
4. Open up the shop and take a look at the day's results. This will tell you how to make improvements in your management technique. Stick to one strategy for at least a couple of weeks before deciding what you should change. After a month or so of business try playing around with advertising and when you have enough customers you can consider hiring shop assistants and cashiers. Remember to keep your warehouse stocked with new items.
Good luck!

Nonsense! The first thing to do is examine the market. Then you can position yourself at an appropriate point. Hire management from bigger companies and give them share incentives to bring their skills to a smaller company. At least have a similar choice of labels to a shop which is broadly regarded as being cool. Have decent security.

Great idea. I think you should keep it exclusive on mobile. Running a business is tough! Keep it real!

Yes i really think there should me an online version mainly because it gets really hectic having to look at such a small screen all the time....but I love the idea

I have looked at your website and read all about how to play. But I think there should be an online website for us who don't want to use our mobiles. I'd just like you to think about it but at the end of the day it's your website.
