Sir John Loveridge
Baroness Thatcher, OM, attended a service of thanksgiving for the life and work of Sir John Loveridge, held on Thursday in St Margaret’s Church, Westminster Abbey.
The Rev Alan Boddy, vicar, officiated and led the bidding prayers. Mr Steven Loveridge, son, and the Rev Dr Emma Loveridge, daughter, read the lessons.
Mr Michael Loveridge, son, read Desiderata by Max Erhmann. Baroness Knight of Collingtree gave the address.
The Speaker of the House of Commons was represented by Sir Michael Lord, MP.
