His Royal Highness later opened Macclesfield Learning Zone at Macclesfield High School.
The Earl of Wessex this afternoon attended a Reception at Macclesfield Town Hall for local nominees of The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service.

Hon. the Lord Provost).
Her Royal Highness, Honorary Member, Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland, this afternoon visited the Royal Highland Show at the Royal Highland Centre.
The Princess Royal, President, Royal Yachting Association, this evening attended the opening ceremony of the Round Britain Offshore Powerboat Race at the Royal Naval Club and Royal Albert Yacht Club, Old Portsmouth, and was received by Mr. Nigel Atkinson (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire).
