A service of thanksgiving for the life of Mr John Inman was held on Friday June 27 at St Paul’s Church, Covent Garden. The Rev Simon Grigg officiated.
Miss Jean Fergusson read the lesson and also recited a poem she had written.
Miss Fleur Bennett read All is Well by Henry Scott Holland and spoke of her time spent working with John and Mr Patrick Duggan also spoke of his time working with John at Wimbledon Theatre. Mr Danny La Rue delivered the eulogy.
At the end of the service a recording was played of Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli singing Time to Say Goodbye.
