The Duke of Edinburgh this morning chaired the judging of The Prince Philip Designers Prize at Buckingham Palace.

His Royal Highness this evening attended a Reception at Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, to mark the Fiftieth Anniversary of the Country Land and Business Association Game Fair and the One Hundred and Fifty Fifth Anniversary of the Field magazine.

The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, this morning presented operational service medals to members of 1st Battalion The Mercian Regiment (Cheshire) who have recently returned from Iraq.

His Royal Highness, Patron, this afternoon attended the Golden Jubilee Festival at Garden Organic Ryton, Coventry, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Midlands (Mr. Paul Sabapathy).

The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, this afternoon attended a Reception at Hartpury College, Hartpury House, for the British Equestrian Foundation prior to their departure for the Beijing Olympics and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire (Mr. Henry Elwes).

Her Royal Highness, President, the Rural Housing Trust, this afternoon attended a Seminar for parish councillors at Pirton Village Hall, High Street, Pirton, Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
