Money matters:

If you are an eligible Scottish student or non-UK EU student, studying full-time at an institution in Scotland, you are entitled to free tuition for the minimum duration of your degree programme. If you are from England, Wales and Northern Ireland fees - set at £1,735 for 2007 entry for most courses - are applicable (£2,760 for Medicine). Accommodation:

The university offers self catering or catered accommodation in university halls or a student flat. Priority is given to students coming to the university and to the city of Glasgow for the first time, and to students who would have the greatest difficulty in finding alternative forms of accommodation.
