1 Heat the oil in a large, wide pan and add the shallot, garlic and chillies. Cook, stirring, for a minute or so until the garlic is fragrant.
2 Add the celeriac and some seasoning. Cook over a high heat for 2 minutes, then add the curry paste, cardamom pods, green pepper and cauliflower florets. Continue to stir over a high heat for a few more minutes.
3 Tip in the tomatoes, then fill the empty can with water and pour this in too. Bring to the boil, then add the broccoli and courgette. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4 Turn down the heat and stir in the yoghurt. Taste and adjust the seasoning before serving.

I'm surprised nobody's noticed that the method says in 1: "add the shallot, garlic and chillies" but the list of ingredients doesn't mention chillies!
Oh, and I can't download the videos in Quicktime or WMV to check it out either.

i think this recipe is a disaster waiting to happen with the yogurt i think to add more flavour to this curry instead of adding yogurt add some cocunut milk it has an amazing flavour with it and does not ruin the dish
u gotta give it a go

I made this recipe last night - v.yummy. no problems with curdling, definitely use full fat yoghurt. I'm sure you can use any vegetable you want.

Just made this, it was fantastic! It didn't have a really strong curry taste but I think it's a problem on my end. I still really enjoyed it and am happy it's made so much...lots to eat over the week. I forgot to buy cauliflower so substituted mushrooms in which worked fine. Loved the podcast as well!

Have made this dish a few times now and introduced it to various others. Always received with great applaud. Cheap, simple, incredibly delicious and healthy. A new favourite.

I cooked this last night and it was LOVELY! I thought curry would be harder to cook, but this was SO simple! Would recommend it to all.
