Are You a Property Virgin?

This reality television series follows the trials and tribulations of first-time buyers. A Canadian estate agent, Sandra Rinomato helps a group of first-time buyers through the pains and problems of buying their first properties.

First shown in Canada, Property Virgins will be screened on Real Estate TV, a cable and satellite channel, on Monday 2nd June at 9.30pm.

The channel are billing Ms Rinomato as a "refreshing change to the estate agents many of us are used to dealing with who are really only interested in getting a good deal for the vendor. She is a crusader for the property virgin."

The disappearance of the first-time buyer from the property market is a growing concern, so the timing of the show may be a little off but any help for those taking the leap onto the property ladder should be gratefully received.
