1. The competition will run on www.timesonline.co.uk website from 4 April
2008 to 4th July 2008.
2. Closing date for entries is Midday 4th July 2008
3. Unless otherwise stated, the competition is open to all residents of the
UK & ROI aged 18* or over, except employees of Times Newspapers Limited
(“TNL”) Black Diamond (California Tourism UK & Ireland)
Commission and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and
their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition, including
the third party promotional partners. *Note driver of hire car must be aged
25 or over and must have held a full clean driving licence for a minimum of
2 years, see each holiday prize description for details. Children must be 11
years of age or under.
4. Entry limited to one per person. The winner is responsible for ensuring
they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these
terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so then the TNL
reserves the right to redraw the prize.
5. Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to
local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for
Internet access.
6. An eligible entrant must be an individual and must submit an entry in the
form provided by TNL under this promotion including their name, address and
e-mail address.
7. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these
terms and conditions. TNL reserves the right, with or without cause, to
exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and

8. There is one prize but the winner can chose from one of four options which
prize they wish to win. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct
entries received prior to the close of the competition. The winner will be
notified by email within twenty eight (28) days from the draw date. All
reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time.
If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, TNL reserves the right
to re-draw another winner from the correct entries which were received
before the closing date.
9. The winner may chose from one of the following holiday packages for two
adults (the winner and one guest) All airport taxes are included.
1. The Ultimate Skiing Package: The prize is a two location skiing holiday to
Lake Tahoe and Mammoth for the winner and guest (adult). The prize includes
two return economy flights to Reno, 6 nights accommodation at the Wildwood
Lodge, Lake Tahoe and 4 nights accommodation at the Alpenhof Lodge, Mammoth
both hotels are officially classed as 4*and are based on two adults sharing
a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom, Wildwood
Lodge is on a room only basis and Alpenhof Lodge is on a bed and breakfast
basis. Prize also includes 6 days and 4 days (as applicable) ski pass and
