The prostitute who secretly filmed Max Mosley taking part in a sado-masochistic party for the News of the World broke her silence last night to say that there was no Nazi element in the five-hour orgy.
Woman E, who suddenly refused to give evidence on behalf of the tabloid newspaper during the High Court hearing, told Sky News that she would apologise to Mr Mosley, the head of the FIA, the world motor sport governing body, for selling her story.
The dominatrix said that the women were acting out a German prison scene because Mr Mosley “liked the German language”. In an interview shown last night, she denied that there was a Nazi element. Asked for the difference between a German prison scene and a Nazi theme, Woman E said: “We didn’t go, you know, think, ‘Oh God, we were doing Nazi’, or ‘We are going to do this because of what happened years ago and we are going to play this role’. It was going to involve German speaking, certain uniforms, prison uniforms, and then we were to act out what we were told to do.”
On Thursday, Mr Mosley won £60,000 plus costs in a privacy action against the News of the World, owned by News Corporation, the parent company of The Times. Mr Justice Eady ruled that there was no public interest in publishing details of the orgy and that the newspaper had not proved that there was a Nazi element.
Woman E, who was paid about £10,000 for the Sky interview, said that she would “get on her knees and apologise” to Mr Mosley, adding: “I didn’t think about what I was doing. I was stupid, naive.”
The News of the World said last night that it rejected Woman E’s claims about what she told the newspaper. “Woman E and her husband both provided signed witness statements for use in the litigation . . . Woman E’s statement said not only that she was told to expect a ‘German theme’ to the party with Mr Mosley but also that she was told that Mr Mosley had asked for a German Nazi-style scene, and that the party was to be Nazi camp style.”

No, Ian, we are not all jealous.
Mike Brady, Tucson,
She failed to give evidence at the hearing because of her ' emotional and mental state', yet appears on television less than two weeks later. Truly sickening.
What's particularly worrying is the fact that our country's security is in the hands of people as stupid as her husband.
Mike Layton, Manchester, UK
To loosely call this a German prison scene with reference to other facilities, lice inspection , shaving and then whippings etc., but deny the era is, to me ridiculous. Someone (perhaps Mr. Eady) will tell me when, other than the nazi era, this could have have occurred in Germany.
