Assimilate or get out, says tycoon

A MUSLIM tycoon has told immigrants to assimilate or “get out” of the country.

Sir Gulam Noon, a multi-millionaire, said that newcomers to Britain were not doing enough to integrate into mainstream life or adopt its laws and customs.

Writing in the Financial Times, Sir Gulam, 69, who founded the Noon ready-meals catering empire, said that immigrants should leave if they did not like it.

Speaking about the recent bomb attacks in London, he said: “The real culprits remain at large, having declared war on all of us — Muslim, Hindu, Christian and Jews alike.

“If the Government’s measures can succeed in defeating the brainwashers of these young men, then we should give the proposals our full support,” he said.

“If immigrants to Britain do not like that, the answer is simple. Get out. Go back to wherever you regard as your own country and leave us in peace.”

Sir Gulam said that immigrants did not need to decide between nationality and religion.
