An 18-year-old became the second teenager to be stabbed to death in London this year, when he was killed in a suspected drug feud.

Faridon Alizada, 18, was killed in a flat in southeast London early on Saturday during an attack in which two teenagers were injured. Mr Alizada, who lived in Bexley, died from three stab wounds to the chest, a post-mortem examination disclosed.

Last night two men, aged 31 and 41, were being questioned by police over the killing.

The stabbing is reported to have taken place in front of youngsters who were arguing outside a block of flats in Erith.

One of the injured teenagers was seriously hurt. He was described as being in a stable condition at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.

Residents in the block where Mr Alizada was killed said that the flat was a crack den. It is near the leisure centre where Ernest Norton was pelted with stones as he played cricket with his son in 2006; he died of a heart attack.

On New Year’s Day, a 17-year-old, Henry Bolombi, was stabbed to death in North London as he returned home from celebrations.
