I think this is all of our politicians, every time they go into the laps of these Army dictators. They are main culprits. When Jinah were Governer General, he was conducting a meeting with parliment. An General came to meet him, Quaid order him to stop outside the parliment, he didn't permit him to come in, at that time 1 of parliment member asked him, why you didnot permit him? At that Jinah replied if i let him enter, it will become his habbit and through this was they will enter in the affairs of Government. The story is correct.

During the last altercation with the Chief Justice of Pakistan the Army (ISI) passed out nude pictures of the Chief justice taking a shower in one the government "rest-houses". He was obviously filmed without his knowledge and the Cheap Cheap army of Pakistan was hoping the tilt the situation in their favor. It did not.

This article could be right. The reason is that people in power has not legal points to defame them. If General has any strong points to attack judiciary than he must have told in his News Conference. How funny is that he was saying that Chief Justice has claimed wrong medical and petrol bills........Chief Justice of Pakistan.......This could show the frustration of General and proves that he can do anything for his power like mentioned above. If the article above is stating a fact then in my opinion the judge was guilty of something immoral. But how can somebody's extramarital affair be more dangerous for the well being of Pakistan than passing an illegal/unjudicial ruling? I think it is time now , the UK govt should show us all that it likes democracy and human rights in Pakistan and should support the people. If it is true about the judges then it is sad to hear that. However every person is responsible for his or her own deeds. If any Judges' relatives are involved in such act then it is down to relative not to the Judges. We don't know about the Mushraf's family, may be CIA has done the same thing for Mushraf that why he is doing everything what Bush says. Who cares if one's relatives are doing something wrong. The CJ did not shy away taking oath on PCO earlier when 8 of his senior colleagues had resigned. Musharraf in todays pesss conference accused judiciary again of various charges he did on his speech to the nation. This is one sided propaganda. He is speaking against them while judges are not allowed to come in contact with the media.Musharraf in his arrogance is going to do an unimaginable harm to the country.As one anchorman says that there is going to be only one survivor-either Musharraf or Pakistan. Declaring elections just to keep the west quite and keeping on emergency ia a recipie for disaster. Certainly all the opposition parties will bycott the election even if this is held and this is not going to ccool down the situation in the country.Todays press conference was total disappointment for all Pakistanis. Our main demands are not election at the moment but removal of emergency and restoration of judiciary to before Nov.3 status.
