The three Islamic militants awaiting execution for the Bali bombings have warned that militants will target tourists in more attacks on the island.
Just days before they face death by a firing squad Amrozi, Mukhlas and Imam Samudra have made the threat from their cell in an interview with CNN, to be broadcast next month.
Speaking to CNN correspondent Dan Rivers, Amrozi tells him he had "no regrets whatsoever," and adds: "My message for Australians; don't you come to places like that ever again. I'm sure that my colleagues will bomb it again," he says through an interpreter.
In a preview released by CNN, Mr Rivers puts to Samudra that he has twisted the words of the Koran to justify the 2002 attacks which killed 202 people including 24 Britons..
"Where does it say in the Koran that you have the right to kill innocent people? You are twisting your religion completely," he asks.
"I know better than you because I am Muslim and you are kaffir (infidel). You kaffir know nothing," Samudra replies, waving his hand at the reporter.
"The verse, blood by blood, soul by soul. Your country - US, UK, Australia alliance - already killing my people," he says.
Shown the pictures of the aftermath of the blasts in the popular Kuta district and asked what he thought when he saw the devastation, Amrozi replies: "What do I think? Thank God."
The bombers are due to be executed by firing squad by early next month, with reports that it could take place as early as this weekend.
Security has been dramatically tightened around vital infrastructure and around around Cilacap, near Nusa Kambangan Island where the men are being held, in expectation of attacksin the wake of the executions.
An Islamic website this week reported the trio had also urged a religious war in a letter addressed to all Muslims.
In the letter, dated August 5 but published for the first time this week, the men said if Allah destined them to die from the bullets of police then it would be a savage action.
"To all Islamic people, especially Mujahidin (holy warriors), wherever they are, it is your obligation to claim war and kill the persons involved in the execution, like (Indonesian President) Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono," the letter said.

The Bali bombers deserve the death sentence. Why keep them in prison using our tax money? Their belief is what they truly believe and if they would be able to do it - they would kill again innocent people.

I never can fully grasp the justification used by these Islamic militants to justify their attacks. One word: Bell Curve; "Thank God" for the consistency of the bell curve in Nature and the fact that these people are extremists. Which lends me to think that the majority of Muslims are not like this.
