The following is the text of a joint declaration by the Israelis and Palestinians pledging to pursue a peace deal by the end of 2008
“The representatives of the Government of the state of Israel and the Palestinian Liberation Organisation, represented respectively by Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and President Mahmud Abbas, in his capacity as chairman of the PLO executive committee and President of the Palestinian Authority, have convened in Annapolis, Maryland, under the auspices of President George W. Bush of the United States of America, and with the support of the participants of this international conference having concluded the following joint understanding:
“We express our determination to bring an end to bloodshed, suffering and decades of conflict between our peoples; to usher in a new era of peace, based on freedom, security, justice, dignity, respect and mutual recognition; to propagate a culture of peace and non-violence; to confront terrorism and incitement, whether committed by Palestinians or Israelis.
“In furtherance of the goal of two states, Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace and security, we agree to immediately launch good-faith bilateral [negotiations] in order to conclude a peace treaty resolving all outstanding issues, including all core issues without exception, as specified in previous agreements.
“We agree to engage in vigorous, ongoing and continuous negotiations and shall make every effort to conclude an agreement before the end of 2008.
“For this purpose, a steering committee led jointly by the head of the delegation of each party will meet continuously as agreed.
“The steering committee will develop a joint work plan and establish and oversee the work of negotiations teams to address all issues, to be headed by one lead representative from each party.
“The first session of the steering committee will be held on December 12, 2007.
“President Abbas and Prime Minister Olmert will continue to meet on a bi-weekly basis to follow up the negotiations in order to offer all necessary assistance for their advancement.
“The parties also commit to immediately implement their respective obligations under the performance-based road map to a permanent two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict issued by the quartet on 30 April, 2003, and agree to form an American, Palestinian and Israeli mechanism led by the United States to follow up on the implementation of the road map.
“The parties further commit to continue the implementation of the ongoing obligations of the road map until they reach a peace treaty. The United States will monitor and judge the fulfilment of the commitment of both sides of the road map.
“Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, implementation of the future peace treaty will be subject to the implementation of the road map, as judged by the United States.”

The peace in Ireland was a seeming impossibility. The peace outlined here seemed impossible to achieve. It may well be so. What are the odds at the Bookies?.

Annapolis = I am a police not only of the Arab countries but of the whole world , so you must consider of what is going on in Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, Afghanistan, and in Sudan. Look how I raise Euro in Europe to make them have inflations so that it explodes, see how I make Indonesia collapse and what I do in Malaysia, look to the underdevelopment which I construct in Africa and to the conflicts which I create all over Latin America.
Anna-polis = I am a police so I order you to comply with the demands of the Israeli soldier carrier of the orders stamped by the white house stamps which I command.
I say to you Arabs (from ocean to gulf): what you refuse today, tomorrow you will agree with. Therefore I advice you as you came here to agree with my conditions which are:
You must normalize relations with the Israeli soldier who leads your meetings and establish full diplomatic and economic relations with him, open embassies, your market for him as well as for me, make him a Master,
Dr.Nabil Toumeh, Milan, Italy
what is the big problem of the Palestinians, all of you have Palestinians in his country so the solution is easy nationalize them and get rid of the problem . and I will ask the Israeli soldier to give Abu mazen a piece of his land, to be called a state which will be under my supervision and directed by the Israeli soldier .
As for you Arabs of the Gulf area and since you do not have a problem with the Israeli soldier so you are obliged to normalize your relations with him as I am with you inside your countries. Egypt has normalized as well as Morocco.
My problem is only with Syria and its Golan and with its men and whom it protects, Syria is the cause of my problem due to its true ideals, true thoughts of and its strive historical ideology published and adopted by men who are trying to get rid of my control over the Arab nation , my military bases and armies are controlling all , so try not to oppose and I order you to press on Syria in order to get it to comply,
Dr.Nabil Toumeh, Milan, Italy
