Canada is coming to terms with one of the worst murders in its history as police seek to explain why a young man was decapitated by his neighbour on a Greyhound bus.
The man suspected of the gruesome attack on Tim McLean, a 22-year-old fairground worker, was charged with murder today.
Mr McLean was travelling home to Winnepeg when he was stabbed up to 50 times by the man sitting next to him.
Vince Weiguang Li, 40, was arrested on suspicion of murder on Thursday morning after a stand-off lasting several hours. He remained in police custody today.
Witnesses say they heard no conversation between Mr McLean and his attacker before a “blood curdling” scream was let out. It appears to have been a random attack as no connection has yet been made between the two men.
Garnet Caton, who was sitting in the seat in front of the victim, said Mr McLean was sleeping with his headphones on when he was attacked.
Mr Caton said he heard a “blood-curdling scream” and turned around to see the attacker in the seat behind him holding a large hunting knife and “continually stabbing him in the chest area.”
“He must have stabbed him 50 times or 60 times,” said Mr Caton, who screamed at the driver to stop the bus.
Mr Caton herded terrified passengers to the front of the bus before it pulled over and they fled screaming.
A passing lorry driver stopped to see what was happening. He boarded the bus with Mr Caton and the bus driver, armed with a tyre iron and tried to apprehend the knifeman. “When we came back on the bus, he was cutting the guy’s head off and pretty much gutting him up,” said Mr Caton.
Then the attacker turned and raced up the aisle towards them, and they retreated as the man began trying to slash them.
The killer then tried to start up the engine to drive off but the bus driver pressed a button to disable the engine before he could get away.
“While we were watching the door, he calmly walks up to the front with the head in his hand and the knife and just calmly stares at us and drops the head right in front of us,” said Mr Caton.
Police arrived on the scene about 10 minutes later and a four-hour standoff ensued.
The killer taunted police and walked back and forth inside the bus. At one point he held up the severed head for them to see. Bystanders retched at the sight.
Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Brandon, Manitoba said the attack took place around 8:30 p.m. on an eastbound Greyhound bus on the Trans-Canada Highway about 20 kilometres west of Portage la Prairie.

Here is the FACTS. The man who was murdered was asleep. He had no idea he was being attacked. The witnesses didn't know in advance that the killer was a killer.. So they would not have thought to prepared for such an act. Bottom line is that the murderer is now in custody. Justice needs to be served
Jacqueline, Monett, USA
To Andi of Minneapolis, even though the killer had a gun, if he has to go up against 50 passengers with guns of their own, I'm sure the killer will end up DEAD no matter how good he may be with firearms!
The more the merrier!
Antonio, Manila , Philippines
It's funny how people can act all brave and tough when reading a story in a news paper or watching it on t.v. but if it came down to it would you really end your life to save a strangers? I not ashamed to be Canadian
Mike, ottawa, Canada
To the person who suggested "release on bail": how about "house arrest" at YOUR place? Can't figure out who is more nuts-the bus wacko or those making excuses (childhood issues etc) and/or suggest bail. Freaky Jason rides a bus. Unbelievable.
Melissa, Portland , ME, USA
This doesn't happen every day. So you can't expect people to act "every day hero" either. The surreal state that everyone must have been probably saved more lives as everyone fled. Taking on a crazed killer who just cut the head off his victim is something you see in Hollywood and not every day.
Steve Saunders, Misissauga, Canada
"If one of those passengers had a gun then maybe the killer would now be dead instead of wasting tax money..."
Of course, if the killer had a gun then maybe all the people would be dead. Its nauseating to see how many people think more guns are the answer.
Andi, Minneapolis, USA
I think that this was a outraged crime, how did this man get on the bus with a concealed weapon anyway. Why didn't they check this sick person. It is sad that that this young man that is a year older me had to die like this. They need to do something about this before someone copy cats.
Alexandria Brown, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
This is just sick and disgusting. How can there be people in this world like this? I don't know why this man would do such a thing without being provoked. I feel so bad for the family of the victim. What a horrible and senseless crime that should have never happened!
Zach Colwell, London, Canada
People would've apprehended if they were armed. I know what I'd do if I were on that bus. I live in the UK now and no longer carry a knife or gun so I'd run from a guy with one. How could I defend myself? Disarm the people so they depend on the govt to protect them. Americans never give up your guns
ang, newtownards,
Interesting that States in the USA with concealed carry laws and the clear right to self defense have much lower crime. Not just the extremes, like insane murders, but burglary, assualt and rape. Funny the liberal states like Washington DC - high crime. New Hampshire very little!
TZM, Auckland,
It is so sad to see something like this happen. I feel so very sorry for the parents and family of this young man who lost his life. Someone who is able to commit a crime to this severity is probably so far removed from reality that execution may not even phase him.
Dave Blundell, Burford, Ontario
It's hard being without the death penalty - it leaves us with no way to make horrible people completely disappear. Brutal acts like this tempt us to do that. But as a nation we decided to take the harder road, and let the insane & the evil keep a right they denied others - the right to life.
Andrea , Saint John, Canada
The RCMP missed the chance to improve their disgusting reputation in putting that maniac down. Now our corrupt law system will feed corrupt lawyers and judges; and psychologists will make shure that the killer walks free again. Tax-payers prepare to pay!!!
John Meyers, Castlegar, Canada
there is onething that they wont say happened anymore the guy was actually eating the victim i swear my great aunt was on the bus she is so messed up now
cole, manitoba, canada
"The RCMP were quick to Taser (x4) A man in his 40s to death at the Vancouver Airport.but they took this one alive......"
Mark - you make the grave mistake of assuming that the RCMP has any shred of intelligence. How many really smart kids in school grow up wanting to be police officers? ??
Ed, Toronto, Canada
In the US, we highly value our firearms, and law-abiding citizens use them as a defense against the law-breakers, and would-be headchoppers. We used them to win our independence from Great Britain, whereas Canada had theirs gien to them on British terms. Freedom earned is more highly prized.
Thomas, Saxapahaw, USA
Just as we all go through security before boarding an aircraft, so should everyone go through security before boarding a bus such as Greyhound.
Ingrid, Thunder Bay, ON, Canada
Many of these posts are absolutely disturbing to read. It's almost humourous to me how many Americans on here seem to think that "guns" solve everything as opposed to encouraging more violence. All of a sudden all the passengers on board sure have been armed with a gun?!
Shannon, Ottawa, ON, Canada
The real topic : the responsibility of Greyhound /Canadian government to ensure ALL traveler safety . CBC radio reports that Department of Transport / Greyhound have been negotiating for 18 months - the means/methods/financial responsibility for bus security. Time to take this issue seriously.
Beverly, Thunder Bay, ON, Canada
So all those calling for the death penalty would be prepared to swap their life with that of an innocent person on death row (yes, they exist, check the case histories), would they? If you can't answer "yes" to that question, then you have no right to demand reinstatement of the death penalty.
Nicole, Masai Mara, Kenya
Karl Liplicker: with an attitude like that, it's amazing you make it past your front door every day!
Olivia, London, UK
In the circumstances the police are to be praised for not executing the suspect who, at the time of their attendance, was seemingly not a threat to any further lives.
It is not the job of the police to execute suspects (even damn good suspects)
It shows a difference between the US and Canada!
Tim, Devon, UK
No surprise the gun lobby to jump on this one, saying everyone should be armed. Chances are then the madman would have had a gun and killed everyone on the bus.
Adam, London, UK
The RCMP were quick to Taser (x4) A man in his 40s to death at the Vancouver Airport.but they took this one alive......
mark, uk, uk
I lived in Canada for a number of years. Indeed when I first went to there about 350 miles south of Brandon. The most unlikely place in the world for such an event! Canada and Canadians are great people, they don't deserve this event. Pity and pray for the poor family of the man so foully murdered
Chris, Salisbury, England
Stop pointing fingers. None of us can truly say what we'd do. It's a horrible act period! My heart goes out to the young mans family. I know their grief will seem greater than they can bare. Stop worrying about what could've been and worry about what can be done. Like....Help his family thru this!
Robin, parsons, USA
This would NOT have happened in America. Someone would have blown this crazy man's head off!
Haile, Cleveland, USA
Mr Liplicker look around your country before complaining about crime in other countries.
Lets face it there are few places you could go that are LESS safe than where we are now - it's just that here it's so normal it doesn't make the news.
Stephen, Kempton Park, South Africa
Canadians would probably be more apt to intervene if the law in Canada would protect them in these kind of circumstances. Liberal judges in Canada are liable to convict a "good Samaritan" if that person seriously injured or killed the attacker.
C Reich, Vancouver, Canada
I sincerely hope Karl Liplicker was joking. Canada is not a rogue terrorist state, this is an isolated incident. Jamaica, on the other hand, has one of the highest rates of murder in the entire world, thanks in part to gang violence.
Erin, Truro, Canada
Cowardly? You see an escalated man who was probably experiencing pyschosis and you call it cowardly not to approach this man. stabbing someone, I mean you would be going through a whirlwind of emotions, shock, disbelief dont judge the people on the bus they were terrified they would be next!!
Abbey, London, Canada
I live the the Canadian province of Manitoba where this brutal murder took place. To everybody who says Canadians are weak, and such really is a slap in the face to every Canadian. If this was to happen where you live, I'd love to see your reaction to the crimes that unfold in your face like that
Tim , Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
" I do not understand why the fellow passengers on the bus didn't jump this man immediately?" - Kim Righetti, Upland, Calif. USA
It's called self-preservation.
Louise, Liverpool,
I have plans for a holiday in Canada, but now I don't think so... I will cancel my holiday and go instead to Jamaica. Less crime, better beaches.
Karl Liplicker, Soweta, South Africa
I hate to say it but it was incredibly cowardly of the people on the bus not to act and even more ludicrious to hear the police captain was "commending" their "bravery". I would have been scared but I would have acted just because I'd hope someone would do the same for me if the tables were turned.
John, Racine, Wisconsin
I can understand people wanting the death penalty if the crime was committed by a sane person, but - and I'm just going on the impression I get from the report - this man is obviously insane. If we are to understand people like this he should spend the rest of his life in a secure unit being studied
Andrew, London, UK
'Worst part of this is he died knowing he was all alone and nobody was going to help.'
just to point out, he would have died rather quickly, perhaps even before he fully realised what was happening. i doubt he would have had time for such rationalisation of circumstances beyond the stab wounds
james, london,
Less gun control and the death penalty would not have prevented this crime, the US being a good example. A gun on that bus held by a panicked passenger would've resulted in more innocent deaths. This is not an action movie, where eveyone turns into Dirty Harry, it is a tragedy with no easy answers
Nanette Kettle, Edmonton, Alberta
Yeah, get the death penalty back, more violence in society gotta be good. Way to go. Good luck.
Roger, Newbury, UK
The guy with the knife seen by multiple witnesses carrying out the murder is the only one responsible for this not Modernity, Liberalism, ethnicity, Gun Control Laws, childhood incidents or bystanders actions. There's no reason but the lawyers that the trial should last more than an hour
Greg, London, England,
Worst part of this is he died knowing he was all alone and nobody was going to help. We are driven by the idea of a Hero but when we need one it's normally never there. Did we forget that there is strength in numbers? Not saying he wouldn't have still died, but probably not feel so scared and alone.
Stacey, Kitchener, Canada
"then arrested on the suspicion of murder ?"
It's because he, and everyone else, is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The fact lots of people saw him do it is evidence, the truth of which will be decided by a jury.
This is the basis of many western legal systems.
Mike Robinson, Plymouth, UK
an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth....he should be punished the same way...A crime is a crime and that is definitely one of the worst horrific crime imaginable.
Yvie, Cornwall, Ontario
Yvonne Welsh, Cornwall, Canada
This is a one-off attack by someone who is obviously mentally disturbed. It couldn't be stopped because there was no indication it would happen. I would imagine when something so surreal happens you can't take it in and just react-run. How brave for people to turn round and even try to help.
June Gill, Dewsbury, West Yorks
It's obvious to me that Canada needs knife control.
Ron, Denver, USA
Chula Vista, CA BDSteed
Someone should have done something! He was a small man,
but there could have been not too many men on the bus.
It is very sad, my sincere feelings go out to Mr. Mclean's family and friends. He had his whole life ahead of him....
Brenda D Steed, Chula Vista, CA, USA
this is a first in Canadian history, I doesn't has anything to do with gun control or "liberal" laws in Canada. It has to do with a systemic problem in human society. we've been killing each other for all of our recorded history. This was appalling for sure, and my heart goes out to the family.
Brad A, Toronto, Canada
I can't really understand why so many people are blaming this killing on 'liberal' government policies. Unless this man had a recorded history of mental problems or a violent criminal record how could it have possibly been foreseen?
Andrew Dyer, London, UK
"Some traumatic incident in his childhood must have triggered him to do what he did..." Yes, and no doubt the incident was triggered by race prejudice, and therefore society is at fault, and he should go scot free. Let him out on bail! What utter rubbish.
Andrew Pandap, New York City, USA
How ludicrous can the justice system be when after all the reported eye witness accounts including the fact that the police were also witness to the scene of the murderer holding up his victim's severed head, the murderer is then arrested on the suspicion of murder ?
Charles C. Crouch, Toronto, Canada
I do not understand why the fellow passengers on the bus didn't jump this man immediately?
Kim Righetti, Upland, Calif. USA
I would have tried to stop the killer, and I am a 48-year-old overweight grandmother of five. We have lost all decency in the Western World, and all will to resist evil and stand for good. Liberalism has destroyed our countries, our culture, everything. Now it's killing our young.
MaryJ, San Francisco, USA
I think we need to take a step back on this one.
We hear of these horrors daily across the western world.
We have a boy carveing up a 17 year old girl like if it was a piece of beef
Something basic as gone wrong with the human life its called modernity and its systematic abuse of all life
tony trebilcoc, manchester, uk
The killer will not pay for this.
Defence: insanity, if not ethnicity.
Violent people have won. They can break into our homes, kill us, and be free, because the Left has decreed that they are NOT responsbile for violence. But the Left says victims ARE responsible for their own death (!)
Edward Cairns, Ottawa,
To Derek, Regina, Canada.
Leviticus, Chapter 24, v 17, "And he that slayeth any man shall surely be put to death. That's Christian justice, not the feeble, limp, ineffectual, 'I'm more civilised than you' and ' I'm morally and intellectually superior to you' laws we have today.
J. Sutherby, Pocklington, England
What can you do in that situation. Some people, mention no names Ron of Toronto, seem to believe that you are not even allowed to defend yourself against a man with a knife who has just decapitated a fellow passenger. Dreamers.
Peter, toronto, canada
One thing you need to understand, the lorry driver with the tyre iron can,and probably will,be charged with a crime. In Canada only criminals are allowed to be armed.Law abiding citizens need not apply.
ron, toronto,
This has nothing to do with gun control- it was a freak knife attack! If Canada were to legalise guns unlike their American neighbours who seem to let any tom, dick or harry have a gun then tragic situations like this one would have made things worse.
Christine, London, UK
What a tragic loss for the parents of the young man. And what is wrong with that pycho, boy I hope he spents the rest of life lives behind bars and not in some mental institution. I guess crazyies live everywhere, why do not good people live everywhere instead.
Naleen Lal, Northern California,
It is easy to say "why couldn't anyone do anything?!" You have to put yourself in that situation. The attacker obviously has mental issues. Would you really,as a female, try and apprehend a male with a large knife? The only thing you can do is try and get police and professional help there fast.
nicole, st clair shores, michigan, united states
Put yourself in the other people's positions, There's a guy with a huge knife stabbing someone right behind you. You're going to tell me you would approach someone with a huge bloody knife and what... hit him with a shoe? By the time anybody could tell what was happening the kid was dead. I'd run
Chris, Rochester, USA
Don from Oregon: I don't understand what this has to do with gun control. Had this person had a gun, he probably would have murdered more people. Also, the fact that someone has a gun doesn't make him a policeman, or give him any right to apply "street justice".
Richard, Durban,
While I agree that Canada should reinstate the death penalty Kurt, the Anglo-American legal tradition which Canada follows does not allow criminal laws to be applied retroactively, i.e., it doesn't permit "ex post facto" laws.
Canuck, Chicago, USA
Someone commented that the killer should be "released on bail".
You obviously have some form of distorted logic. This killer is clearly mentally-ill and a danger to society.
Even if Canada had the death penalty, it would not apply in this case because the killer isn't mentally sound.
Robert Stiva, Montreal, Canada
I don't think some "traumatic incident" in his childhood caused this. The guy is just psychotic; he was said to be expressionless and emotionless while committing this horrific crime not "full of rage and seemed to be taking something out on the victim."
many of murders come from normal families.
Lacey, Panama, United States
For crimes like these the death penalty should never have been abolished.
James, Toronto, Canada
People who talk about justice and the death penalty are obviously completely ignorant to what the word justice even means. Bring back the death penalty??? While we're at it, let's go back to disallowing women the right to vote.
Yes, the death penalty is THAT archaic.
Give up the pipe dream folks.
Derek, Regina, Canada
Bob and Jennifer: It was reported that several people did try to go back on the bus and help, but the victim was already dead. I agree that more people should have tried to help, but cleary this man was dangerous. It is easy for you to say this without having actually been in the situation.
Sarah, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
Im sickend by this gruesome attack...What sickens me more is knowing that the attacker is going to spend 25-life in prison with 3 meals a day, a roof over his head, a bed, pillow...All on our tax dollars! Pretty nice for taking the life of a young 22yr kid. Can. Gov should reconsider the death pen.
Michael, Vancouver,BC,
This story is horrible. It really seams as if something evil had taken over this person. This incident reminds me of a couple of times I had taken a bus ride and had to deal with someone harassing me or touching someone else inappropriately. And there is only one bus driver to deal with it!
Dean, Little Rock, AK
heres one for you mike if someone wants to kill someone they guna do it their not guna stop and be like oh i need a gun to be able to kill someone
jesse, kingston,
I respect freedom of speech. However...I'm as shocked about some of these comments as I am about this horrific savagery. I am both blown away and deeply saddened.
If somehow any friends or family of Tim's should read this.
My condolences, I cannot imagine your pain.
R.I.P
Liesa Billings, RICHMOND, BC, CANADA
For those saying guns should be legalized, imagine if this guy had a gun instead of knife--- everyone on that bus would be dead instead of one person.
Oli D., Montreal, Canada
I know what we should do. Stand around with candles burning, hugging, singing kumbaya, and wearing little red ribbons around our heads. That will solve how to deal with this evil, since no one thinks the D.P. is the right justice.
llewelyn, Haku, usa
i dont think the death penalty or gun laws would've helped the poor victim. Look at Seung Ho Lee at Virginia Tech.
Ali Khan, Arlington, US
A lot of people are asking why no one helped him, it was because they were terrified for their lives. It's a choice of Flight or Fight. All of them chose Flight, because that's what you do in the spur of the moment. It's unfortunate that this had to happen, but I wouldn't blame the others on board.
Anne, Brampton, Canada
A gun won't help during an unexpected attack with Rambo style knife on a bus. Fatal wounds were probably inflicted with the first 3 or 4 stabs; too fast to draw a gun and then too crowded / chaotic for a safe shot. As for no help from passengers I bet mostly seniors, kids and women on the bus.
Steve, Vancouver, canada
I cannot get over the fact that nobody tried to stop this lunatic. Its hard to believe that more than 30 passengers on that bus could not have taken down the attacker, even if he had a knife. I think things would 've been different if the victim was related to anyone of these passengers.
maham, Cary, USA
It's illegal to even bring even a nail file or pair of tweezers onboard an airplane; Sharp objects have to travel in passengers' luggage in the cargo hold. So why is it permissable to bring a large hunting knife onboard a bus? There should be security checks in bus stations the same as in airports
Nancy, Sqwuaw Valley, CA, United States
Some of the comments here are ridiculous. Bring back the death penalty... you think he cared at all about punishment when he stabbed the guy fifty times in front of a busload of witnesses? And what good would weapons do? Someone had a tire iron. They lacked the will to take him down, not weapons
Alun, Wpg,
How does the murder rate in countries that don't have gun control (USA, eg) compare with those that do (Canada, Australia, eg)?????
Mike, Sydney, Australia
I know I wasn't there but it seems self preservation was primary for the people on the bus. Not one person attempted to help this poor man. What if that had been a family member? These people, or men were not heros, noone tried to help. I am praying for the victim's family and all involved.
Suzanne, jacksonville, us
Obviously there is a psychiatric problem as the two were unknown to each other, it wasn't for any personal gain and there was no attempt to do it furtively or escape. I recall this happening in Sydney a while back by someone who was later committed to a mental asylum.
Tom, Perth, Oz
Death penalty is as barbaric as what this guy has done. But I got attacked in the Montreal subway, what do you do when your attacker is crazy, armed and swinging at you, sing "give peace a chance"? Weapons control in canada should be slackened to
allow citizens self-defense when no cop is around.
Eric, Montreal, Canada
I believe Canada should rethink the death penalty, but I think it should be in certain cases this being one of them, I give my condolences to Tims family. I hope justice is found for you.
Ami Persin, toronto, canada
I am so sick of hearing about "traumatic childhood incidents" or "unhappy childhood" as responsible causes for people who commit these atrocious crimes. I feel there is no excuse or reason other then this man is evil, dangerous and not deemed for society........
Lise Tremblay, Kirkland Lake, Canada
I don't believe this has anything to do with the politics of Canada. I think it's the case of a clearly troubled (most likely crazy) man, who sought violence against another.
I do agree this is an extremely terrible and tragic occurrence, and my condolences go to the McLean family.
Joanna, Edmonton, Canada
Legalizing weapons or having the death penalty would likely not have stopped this incident from happening. If you look at countries that have legalized weapons (guns) and have the death penalty such as the US, you do not see a decrease in crime in fact their murder rates are higher.
Leslie, Brandon, Manitoba
Why did nobody help?
Well maybe because the guy had a knife and has already proven he's psychotic and not afraid to kill.
If one of those passengers had a gun then maybe the killer would now be dead instead of wasting tax money on prosecuting him and housing him in Jail until he dies.
C.M, Tucson, USA
Wow. So, to all those below calling for Canada to reinstate the death penalty: if one man kills another, it's murder, when lots of people kill a man, it's justice? Right....
Thomas Kingaroy, sydnry,
Why do the comments act as though this happens every day up there in Canada? This is 1 person out of how many that decided to stab someone to death and then cut his head off. It's not like the entire bus did it to each other in some crazy massacre. Glad to see the fear-mongering is strong in Canada.
Maria, Erie, PA, USA
Canada should legalize weapons as it seems only victims are not armed.
Olena, Toronto, Canada
This is a display of the poor justice system in Canada. We have a lot of work to do. Our liberal policies of the past have caught up with us. My prayers go out to the family and friends of the vicitm and everyone on that bus. I agree with someone here that said Canada should re-consider the the DP.
James Lawson, Montreal , Canada
I am a Canadian living abroad and cant believe this happened. I too wonder why no one helped. I imagine it happened and everyone was frozen with fear but i couldnt see something myself like this and not do anything. This sort of thing isnt suppose to happen in Canada! Leaves me feeling sick.Sad News
Iona, Gloucester, United Kingdom
This is a random act - u dont have to worry about riding the bus. To the guy who mocks gun control in Canada - you cannot claim gun control a failure due to something like this - how ignorant. Its horrible & i wish it didnt happen, but get over the fear mongering people - we dont need more security
john mcmullan, Toronto, Canada
This is horrific and my thoughts and prayers are with Tim's family and those unfortunate people who had to witness this horrific ordeal and thankfully Mr. Caton was able to take charge along with the bus driver and lorry driver. God Bless everyone!
Susan Friedman, Seattle, USA
Canada should reconsider the death penalty....I think a retroactive application of the change would be viewed as positive in this case
Kurt, Lansdale, US
Are we reading this properly? "Man Suspected" "Arrested on Suspicion" Please.... why waste our tax payers dollars on people like this? YES, on the spot death penalty. Think how much prosperous our country would be if we didn't house these kinds of criminals!!!!!!!
Sara, Thunder Bay, Canada
"The killer taunted police and walked back and forth inside the bus.."
All too often in the "civilized" world we hear about such barbaric murders. Someone so dangerous who had already butchered a fellow human being wasn't worth the risk to apprehend - the police should have just shot him dead.
Edwin, Helsingborg, Sweden
I understand they have great gun control in Canada. It sure works.
don, brookings, oregon
Justice should be meted in the same manner the crime was commited.
Reuben Sanchez, San Francisco, United States
Why did no one help the victim?
Jennifer, San Francisco, USA
Why did everyone run and not try and help the kid? Why did no one stop the guy who was stabbing the kid? You want me to beleve nothing could be done, yet the guy was so small I could have beat him down with 1 arm behind my back. yet no one helped the kid. This country makes me sick sometimes.
Bob, London ON, Canada
Canada should bring back the death penalty. If you take someone's life, your life should be taken by the people. That is how civilized justice should work.
Sam, Toronto,
This is really scary for me. I have a daughter in Calgary, Alberta whom I was thinking of taking the Greyhound Bus from my home here in Chilliwack, BC, to visit because I can get an excellent senior's fare. I have never heard of this kind of crime taking place on a Greyhound bus.
Glen W. Cunningham, Chilliwack, Canada
