Grand mal seizures are the most awful seizure. It's depleting to the body, brain & organs, especially if they're continuous. I know someone that has suffered from an early age from these, & it has affected her way of life. Ketogenic diet did work to subside seizures Wnder if Travolta's knew of this?

I am in the unfortunate position of being both epileptic and having an autistic son. There are at least 50 medicines for epilepsy, if one does not work, losses its efficacy- another one must be tried. As far as autism: early intervention: speech, OT are key. My son has made unbelievable progress.
