Errr. If he has not been convicted of terrorism then technically he is not one. If the FBI failed to secure a conviction then no-one can call him a terrorist without risk of libel, even if he was one. Bit dodgy. You neglect to mention the much stronger connection between them. Ayers and Obama have a friendship of thirteen years which began when they served together on the Woods Fund board. Gingrich is right; Obama is always comfortable with people who hate America, while refusing to show respect to national symbols. That may not attract your attention on your side of the pond, but should this guy lead a country that he so openly hates?
