Gary Megson has virtually a fully-fit squad to choose from. Ricardo Gardner misses out after failing to recover from a knock, while Heidar Helguson is also unfit with a back injury.
Meanwhile, Gretar Steinsson and Tamir Cohen miss out again because they are cup-tied.
Bolton lead 1-0 from the first leg thanks to El Hadji Diouf's second-half goal at the Reebok Stadium.

David Moyes has virtually a fully-fit squad for only the second time this season as he prepares for the Uefa Cup last-32 second leg against Norwegian champions Brann Bergen at Goodison Park on Thursday.
His only injured player is on-loan defender Anthony Gardner, who is still recovering from the muscle injury he had when he joined from Spurs in the transfer window.
Mikel Arteta, who missed the 2-0 first-leg win with a groin problem, will also be available, while Thomas Gravesen is back after a knee injury. Steven Pienaar, who missed the Norway trip, has recovered from an ankle injury he picked up playing for South Africa in the African Nations Cup.
Moyes said: “We know we are in a good position in the tie, but we will be doing everything correctly and making sure we do not make any mistakes because in football things can turn around very quickly.”
Everton (from): Howard, Hibbert, Neville, Jagielka, Lescott, Yobo, Valente, Arteta, Pienaar, Van der Meyde, Vaughan, Cahill, Carsley, Osman, Yakubu, Fernandes, Anichebe, Johnson, Gosling, Wessels, Rodwell.
