Saturday
Franck Queudrue and Liam Ridgewell are available for the clash with Everton after completing their suspensions. Queudrue served a one-match ban for his sending-off against Manchester City, while Ridgewell completed a two-match suspension after collecting ten bookings this season. However, Birmigham City will be without Damien Johnson, who is beginning a three-match ban for his red card at Wigan last weekend, City's third sending-off in the last seven games.
Alex McLeish will check on the fitness of James McFadden (knee) and Olivier Kapo (hamstring) before finalising his side.
Mikel Arteta is a major doubt for Everton, while Leon Osman has picked up a hip injury in training and is also a concern. Arteta came off during last weekend's win over Derby with abdominal muscle pains, and has not trained this week. Tony Hibbert (hip) and Steven Pienaar (knee) have also been under treatment this week and David Moyes is expected to make a late decision on the pair.
Birmingham City (from): Maik Taylor, Kelly, Queudrue, Jaidi, Ridgewell, Martin Taylor, Schmitz, Murphy, Larsson, Muamba, Nafti, McSheffrey, Kapo, McFadden, Forssell, Zarate, Jerome, O'Connor, Doyle, Parnaby, De Ridder.
Everton (from): Howard, Neville, Yobo, Lescott, Jagielka, Valente, Baines, Carsley, Osman, Gravesen, Fernandes, Johnson, Yakubu, Anichebe, Wessels, Hibbert, Pienaar, Rodwell.
Bolton Wanderers v West Ham United
Kevin Nolan returns from injury to lead Bolton Wanderers in their crucial Barclays Premier League home game against West Ham United. The club captain has missed the past two matches through a combination of injury and suspension, during which time Gary Megson's side have conceded seven goals and seen their winless run extend to eight games.
Ivan Campo is also pushing for a recall to the starting line-up but Joey O'Brien is likely to be ruled out with a hamstring injury and joins long-term absentees Ricardo Gardner, Nicky Hunt and Jussi Jaaskelainen on the sidelines.
Matthew Upson is set to return for the trip to the Reebok Stadium after recovering from a calf injury. Upson has been sidelined for over a month and was forced to miss England's defeat to France but has been training all week and is likely to slot straight back into the West Ham defence.
Lucas Neill is a doubt after turning his ankle in Tuesday's 1-0 defeat to Portsmouth, with Jonathan Spector or John Pantsil ready to fill in. Mark Noble is also struggling with a hamstring strain but Jack Collison, the Wales Under-21 international, could make his first senior start as his replacement.
Bolton Wanderers (from): Al Habsi, Steinsson, Cahill, A O'Brien, Taylor, Guthrie, McCann, Nolan, Davies, Helguson, Diouf, Campo, Cohen, Samuel, Giannakopoulos, Rasiak, Alonso, Fojut, Walker.
West Ham United (from): Green, Walker, Neill, Pantsil, Spector, Upson, Ferdinand, Tomkins, McCartney, Solano, Collison, Boa Morte, Mullins, Parker, Noble, Collison, Ashton, Cole, Zamora, Sears.
Robbie Savage is a doubt for Derby's Barclays Premier League clash against Aston Villa. The former Blackburn midfielder has not trained this week after taking a kick to the knee in Sunday's 1-0 defeat to Everton.
Alan Stubbs returns following a calf injury but Miles Sterjovski (Achilles) and Emmanuel Villa (groin) both face late fitness tests. Marc Edworthy (cracked rib) will miss out along with long-term absentees Claude Davis and Giles Barnes (both knee).
John Carew is battling to be fit for the trip to Pride Park. The Norwegian international suffered a recurrence of a groin injury during the 4-0 win over Bolton Wanderers last weekend and had to be substituted in the second half.
Craig Gardner is ruled out with the thigh injury sustained on England Under-21 duty a fortnight ago, while Nigel Reo-Coker has to avoid a tenth yellow card of the season to escape a two match ban before the FA's amnesty takes effect from Sunday.
Derby County (from): Carroll, Moore, Leacock, McEveley, Mears, Sterjovski, Stubbs, Savage, Ghaly, Lewis, Miller, Villa, Earnshaw, Todd, Jones, Feilhaber, Price.
Aston Villa (from): Carson, Taylor, Mellberg, Laursen, Knight, Bouma, Petrov, Reo-Coker, Barry, Young, Berger, Osbourne, Maloney, Agbonlahor, Carew, Harewood, Salifou, Routledge.
Portsmouth v Newcastle United, 5.15pm
Jermain Defoe returns for Portsmouth after missing the last two matches but Harry Redknapp must decide who will partner him in attack. The manager has doubts over Milan Baros (calf) and John Utaka (hamstring) and does not want to overuse Kanu, who will be his main forward for the FA Cup final next month, when Defoe is cup-tied.
David Nugent could also figure again after a rare start at West Ham United in midweek, while Lassana Diarra (thigh) is another doubt having missed three of the last four games. Lauren and Richard Hughes are in contention to replace him.
Steven Taylor will return to the Newcastle United squad for the trip to Portsmouth after recovering from illness. The England Under-21 captain was withdrawn after a fitness test before last week's 3-0 win over Reading, his place in the starting line-up was taken by David Edgar. Stephen Carr (hamstring), James Milner (foot), Claudio Cacapa (groin) and Peter Ramage (knee) are all close to returning, while Shay Given is still fighting his way back from groin surgery.
Portsmouth (from): James; Johnson, Campbell, Distin, Hreidarsson, Diop, Mendes, Mvuemba, Utaka, Diarra, Muntari, Davis, Kranjcar, Kanu, Baros, Defoe, Hughes, Lauren, Aubey, Begovic, Ashdown.
Newcastle United (from): Harper, Forster, Beye, Enrique, Taylor, Faye, Edgar, Butt, N'Zogbia, Duff, Barton, Geremi, Owen, Smith, Martins, Viduka, Carroll.
Reading welcome back Marek Matejovsky for the crucial Premier League clash with Fulham, after he completed a one-match ban. Glen Little (heel) and Graeme Murty (knee) are both available again but are unlikely to start, while Brynjar Gunnarsson, who is back in training following groin surgery, could also make the bench.
Jimmy Kebe (knee) remains unavailable but Stephen Hunt will play despite a hamstring niggle.
Fulham will be without striker Eddie Johnson who is back in training following illness but has not been included in the squad.
Goalkeeper Antti Niemi is still sidelined with a shoulder injury but should be back in training next week and the same applies to striker Jari Litmanen, who has a groin problem.
Reading (from): Hahnemann, Federici, Rosenior, de la Cruz, Ingimarsson, Bikey, Sonko, Duberry, Shorey, Oster, Matejovsky, Harper, Hunt, Convey, Kitson, Doyle, Long, Murty, Little, Gunnarsson.
Fulham (from): Keller, Warner, Stalteri, Bocanegra, Hughes, Hangeland, Konchesky, Davies, Andreasen, Healy, Murphy, Bullard, McBride, Kamara, Bouazza, Dempsey, Volz, Kamara, Nevland.
Roy Keane will again be without Dwight Yorke and Dickson Etuhu for the Barclays Premier League match against Manchester City. Yorke missed last weekend's 3-1 win at Fulham with a knee problem while Etuhu has been out for several weeks with a similar injury. However, the manager has no fresh concerns as his side attempts to secure a fourth successive league win.
Sven-Goran Eriksson, the Manchester City manager, has problems in central defence for the trip to Sunderland after Nedum Onuoha was ruled out for the rest of the season with a dislocated shoulder.
The 21-year-old has been Richard Dunne's regular partner in the last month after an injury to Micah Richards, but his absence means Vedran Corluka is likely to move into the centre of defence with Sun Jihai coming in at right-back. Richards will return to training next week after a knee injury but is still at least a fortnight away from match fitness.
Sunderland (from): Gordon, Fulop, Bardsley, Collins, McShane, Evans, Higginbotham, Harte, Whitehead, Reid, Leadbitter, Edwards, Miller, Richardson, O'Donovan, Jones, Waghorn, Murphy, Stokes, Chopra, Prica.

Tottenham Hotspur v Middlesbrough
Paul Robinson is struggling with an ankle injury ahead of the Barclays Premier League clash against Middlesbrough at White Hart Lane. Jamie O'Hara is also a doubt, with a bruised foot, while Ledley King (knee) is resting for the final games of the season. Gareth Bale (foot) and Benoit Assou-Ekotto (knee) are also out for the remainder of the campaign.
Gareth Southgate is expected to name the same team that started the last Sunday's 2-2 draw with Manchester United.
That means the club's record £12.7million signing Afonso Alves is expected to start, with Tuncay Sanli having to make do with a place on the substitutes' bench. Robert Huth's long-running foot injury shows no immediate signs of clearing up though Mohamed Shawky and Fabio Rochemback are both available after overcoming illnesses.
Tottenham Hotspur(from): Cerny, Forecast, Hutton, Chimbonda, Woodgate, Dawson, Gilberto, Lennon, Jenas, Zokora, Malbranque, Huddlestone, Berbatov, Keane, Bent, Tainio.

Sunday
Liverpool v Blackburn Rovers, 1.30pm
Javier Mascherano will miss the visit of Blackburn Rovers as he completes a three-match suspension for his red card against Manchester United. Mascherano tried to have an extra two-match ban cut on appeal but the FA rejected the plea.
Liverpool still have Daniel Agger (knee), Harry Kewell (hamstring) and Jermaine Pennant (hamstring) sidelined but Rafael Benitez will have the rest of his squad available.
Jason Roberts faces a fitness test on a groin injury ahead of the trip to Anfield, while David Dunn, who missed the 1-1 draw with Tottenham with a knee problem, faces a late fitness test. Steven Reid is expected to retain his starting place after coming off against Tottenham with cramp in his calf.
Liverpool (from): Reina, Arbeloa, Finnan, Carragher, Skrtel, Hyypia, Riise, Aurelio, Babel, Benayoun, Alonso, Gerrard, Lucas, Crouch, Torres, Voronin, Kuyt, Itandje.

Manchester United v Arsenal, 4pm
Rio Ferdinand is fit to face Arsenal on Sunday despite needing three stitches in his foot in midweek. The Manchester United defender suffered the injury in the victory against Roma in the Champions League at Old Trafford. The foot was also swollen but Sir Alex Ferguson expects him to recover in time for the match against their title rivals.
Patrice Evra could return at left back after missing the European game with a knock, while Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney are both expected to be restored to the side after being on the bench against Roma.
Nemanja Vidic (knee), Nani (thigh), Darren Fletcher (knee) and Louis Saha (hamstring) remain sidelined through injury.
Mathieu Flamini will miss the trip to Old Trafford after being ruled out for three weeks with an ankle problem. Gilberto is expected to deputise, although Bacary Sagna remains on the sidelines with an ankle problem. Robin van Persie could start after coming on as a substitute against Liverpool in the Champions League quarter-final at Anfield.

Monday
Chelsea v Wigan Athletic, 8pm
Avram Grant will again rely on Hilario in goal for Monday night's home game as first choice goalkeeper Petr Cech is out with a facial injury and his replacement, Carlo Cudicini, suffered a hamstring injury against Fenerbahce in midweek.
Reserve keeper Rhys Taylor is set to be drafted into the squad as back-up for Hilario.
Michael Brown and Jason Koumas return to strengthen the Wigan Athletic squad for the trip Stamford Bridge.
Both players are available after serving suspensions, although they are not guaranteed an automatic return to the starting line-up in the wake of last week's 2-0 home win over Birmingham. Steve Bruce has no fresh injury worries, with Erik Edman the only long-term casualty as he recovers from a ruptured cruciate knee ligament.
Chelsea (from): Hilario, Taylor, Ferreira, Belletti, Alex, Terry, Carvalho, Ben-Haim, A Cole, Bridge, Lampard, Essien, Ballack, Sidwell, J Cole, Wright-Phillips, Shevchenko, Pizarro, Drogba, Obi, Makelele, Kalou, Anelka.
