Didier Drogba's agent, Thierno Seydi, says the Chelsea striker will decide on his future at the club by next week. The Ivory Coast striker has been linked with moves to Barcelona, AC Milan and Inter Milan.
"Didier has given himself ten days," Seydi said. "If nothing happens he'll stay at Chelsea and extend his contract by two years. He doesn't see himself starting training in a few days with Chelsea and then leaving for a new club."
Drogba launching a scathing attack on Chelsea over the way they parted company with former coach Jose Mourinho in November and vowed to leave, and he did further damage when he was sent off in the Champions League final defeat to Manchester United in May.
"The reality of November is not that of today," Seydi said. "At the time Didier was affected by departure of Jose Mourinho who he was very close to. Today, there is nothing to say that he won't stay at Chelsea."
Luiz Felipe Scolari, the new Chelsea manager, says Drogba remains "200 per cent" in his plans, while reports have suggested the club have offered the 30-year-old an improved contract to remain at Stamford Bridge.

After getting himself sent off in the Champions League Final for apparently not fancying the responsibilty of taking a penalty, I say bye-bye Drogba. At Chelsea we want players who are prepared to die for the club, like John Terry. Jose, you're welcome to him!
